    We are moving abroad, hence have an apartment for rent and a car for sale.

    Apartment is Flat 21, 2 bedrooms in the new wing. Asking price is £530pw.

    Car is the dark blue Audi A3 in parking space 38. Registered Dec 2008, I am the 2nd owner. Lightly used – 44,000 miles. £5900

        Hi Paul,
        We live in flat 31 and have an extra parking spot for lease if you are interested. It is located in inner courtyard formed between new and old part of the building (Langley Lane).

    We have sold our apartment and will be moving out on Sunday 26th of April.
